Bahawalpur is one of the districts of Punjab, Pakistan. It covers 24,830km with population of 2,433,091. Many local newspapers are working in Bahawalpur but their work is not effective. Two young and energetic Students Decided to Join this field with new and unique Ideas. They Started Work from Web Media by developing News and Entertainment Website Umeedain.com and applied for NOC (No Objection Certificate). After the struggle and efforts of two years finaly they got declaration of Weekly newspaper UMEEDAIN TIMES.

Umeedain.com:

Umeedain.com was launched in dual language (English & Urdu) in 2008 as a news and entertainment website. Within short period of time the number of daily unique visitors increased. The name Umeedain was suggested by Mr.Tahir Siddique Khan and this website was launched on 1st May 2008 by Mr.Siddique Muhammad Khan (Late).

“Umeedain Times” is a very unique and well known News paper of Bahawalpur. It is being circulated in District Bahawalpur, District Rahim Yar Khan, District Lodhran and District Multan. It was published in a unique and different style.  Due to it’s unique style, print and paper quality it become popular among people within short passage of Time. Later on “Umeedain Times” has started free Mobile SMS News Alert Service for the sake of publicity and subscribers are continuously increasing (Note: Now this service is being provided through facebook fan page mobile subscribers).

“Umeedain Times” brought change in Print Media of Bahawalpur with its unique ideas & Style.
