Constipation is a very common issues now a days. Most of people use laxatives but laxatives are not good for health. Excessive usage of laxatives creates more health issues like piles and others. Ispaghol Husk
Add 1-2 table spoons of ispaghol husk in a warm milk and drink it before you go to sleep. Liquid Consumption

Eat fibrous fruits on daily basis like Orange, Peach, Guava, Melon, Watermelon, Papaya, Grapes, try to eat fruit chat more and more, mix pieces of apple, banana, peach, and guava in a bowl add some orange juice with its pulp and consume it. It will helps relieve constipation and helps in digestion and passing stool. Make it a routine for better results. Fig is a very good remedy for constipation, you can eat 4-5 pieces of it daily or you can add 4-5 pieces of Fig in a glass of water and leave it for overnight and in the morning drink the water and eat the figs on an empty stomach. If you want your food to move through your body you need to move too. Constipation is becoming very common issue now a days because of our sluggish routine and lack of exercise. Try to take a short walk each day, a daily 15 minute walk can help your food move through your bowel more easily and quickly. Keep one thing in mind don’t walk or exercise immediately after a big meal. Give it some time and then move around instead of lying down.
Coming towards stomach massage, sometimes a gentle stomach massage helps relieve constipation in such a way that it softens and relaxes your stomach muscles and intestines. Lay down and massage your stomach gently and softly with olive oil or castor oil. Remember do not massage immediately after a meal or after you eat something. Massage at least one half or one and a half hour after you eat something. Massaging on an empty stomach results better.
