Normal intake of water is 8 to 12 glasses daily but in summers you should drink 16 to 18 glasses of water daily to prevent dehydration and other issues. Water is the basic necessity of life. Water is beneficial for us in many ways. Following are some things which will tell us the importance and benefits of water in human life.

As water removes all the impurities from the body plus it keeps your body moisturize which results in shiny, pimple free, wrinkle free, fresh and glowing skin. It cleans and clear your skin tone and results in better skin complexion.

As water cleans out the kidneys, it flushes out all the impurities, toxins, unnecessary minerals and unnecessary material from the body through sweat and urine. The more water you drink the more toxin and impurities free your system will be.
